20-27 September 2026
Dive into Stillness
Freediving & Yoga Journey
In the pristine waters of the Red Sea, we invite you on a transformative journey that combines the depth of freediving with the awareness of yoga and meditation.
Through daily practices on land and in the water, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore your inner stillness while discovering the beauty of the underwater world.
Whether you are new to freediving or already experienced, this retreat is designed to help you slow down, deepen your breath, and reconnect with yourself through the ocean.
What To Expect
Freediving Training & Certification
Earn your internationally recognized certification from the AIDA International.
You will learn:
breath-hold techniques
equalization
relaxation in the water
safe diving practices
Guided by professional instructors, you will progressively build confidence and discover the beauty of diving on a single breath.
Daily Yoga
Practice yoga twice a day on the boat’s deck.
Morning sessions awaken the body and expand the breath before entering the ocean. Evening practices focus on deep stretching, relaxation, and nervous system regulation after a day in the water.
Expect a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and breathwork, adapted to the rhythm of the sea.
Swimming with Dolphins
The Red Sea is one of the best places in the world to encounter wilddolphins.
You may have the opportunity to swim respectfully alongside these incredible animals in their natural habitat — an unforgettable experience of connection and joy.
Marine Life Encounters
Explore vibrant coral reefs filled with marine life:
sea turtles
colorful tropical fish
rays and reef creatures
living coral gardens
The water is so clear it often feels like diving in a natural aquarium.
Live-aboard Safari Experience
Instead of staying in a hotel, we live on a safari boat.
This allows us to:
reach remote reefs
wake up surrounded by the sea
practice yoga on the open deck
watch sunsets far from land
evenings on the boat with spectacular starry skies in the middle of the sea.
Living together on the boat creates a unique sense of community and immersion in nature.
Deep Inner Work
Freediving and yoga both invite:
presence
trust
surrender
connection with breath
This retreat becomes a journey inward as much as an adventure outward.
