Retreat Terms & Conditions - Red Sea Safari
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure your place in the retreat.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.
If the balance is not received by the due date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances
3. Retreat Cancellation by the Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
In this case:
Participants will receive a full refund of the retreat payment.
The organizer is not responsible for flights or other travel expenses.
Please wait for the official retreat confirmation before booking your flights.
4. Travel Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging their own:
Flights
Visas
Travel documentation
Airport transfers unless otherwise specified.
5. Insurance Requirement
All participants must have valid travel insurance covering:
medical expenses
emergency evacuation
diving activities (if applicable)
trip cancellation
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their insurance policy provides adequate coverage.
Proof of insurance may be requested before the retreat begins.
6. Health & Medical Responsibility
Participants confirm that they are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in yoga and water-based activities
Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed prior to the retreat.
Participants are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional if they have any doubts about their ability to participate.
7. Diving & Water Activities
Diving and water-based activities may be operated by licensed third-party providers.
Participants must comply with all safety instructions and liability waivers required by the diving operator.
The retreat organizer is not responsible for incidents occurring during diving activities operated by third-party providers.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in the retreat, participants acknowledge that activities such as yoga, diving, swimming and boat travel involve inherent risks.
Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
The organizer shall not be held liable for:
personal injuries
accidents
loss or damage of personal belongings.
9. Changes to the Program
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program due to:
weather conditions
safety concerns
operational requirements.
10. Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters
weather conditions
political situations
travel restrictions
pandemics.
11. Room & Bed Allocation
Cabin and bed configurations are subject to availability.
Requests for specific bed configurations, including king bed arrangements, will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
If a requested configuration is not available, participants may be assigned an alternative arrangement, such as twin beds.
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to room or bed allocations if necessary for operational reasons.
12. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
Participants who prefer not to appear in such materials are kindly requested to inform the organizer prior to the retreat.
13. Agreement
By booking the retreat, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
