Around 16:15, we will softly gather those who feel ready to begin.
There is no pressure or strict start time — simply an invitation:

A shared inner journey of breath, sound, and stillness.

We slowly return from the practice, without rushing.

A light layer for relaxation / meditation

An eye pillow or something to gently cover your eyes
