These Terms & Conditions ensure clarity and trust for all participants. By booking or attending any experience, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Reservations
All sessions, workshops, retreats, and corporate experiences are by reservation only.
Bookings can be made via our official website or authorized contacts.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email.
2. Payments
Payment is required to secure your booking.
Accepted methods: credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment options.
Packages, series, or retreats may have specific payment terms, which will be detailed at booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur full charges.
Workshops & Sound Healing: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Retreats: Cancellation policies vary by retreat and are stated on each retreat page.
Maison Oneness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, full refunds are provided.
4. Health & Safety
Maison Oneness experiences are wellness-based and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
Participants must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities.
Those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have specific health concerns should consult a physician before booking.
5. Liability
Maison Oneness and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or personal circumstance arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
6. Privacy
Personal data is collected and stored in compliance with GDPR (for EU participants) or applicable privacy laws.
Data is used for booking confirmation, communication about sessions, and optional newsletters if subscribed.
7. Intellectual Property
All Maison Oneness content, programs, and materials are protected intellectual property.
Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing any content without written consent is prohibited.
8. Online & Digital Experiences
For virtual sessions, participants must provide suitable equipment (internet connection, camera, microphone).
Maison Oneness is not responsible for technical difficulties beyond its control.
9. Corporate & Private Experiences
Corporate and private sessions are bespoke and confirmed via agreement detailing scope, duration, and fees.
Private sessions may be booked as single sessions or curated packages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Disputes will be resolved first through amicable discussion; failing which, French courts have jurisdiction.
11. Updates
Maison Oneness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
Changes will be published on the website and apply to future bookings.
