Yi ZHAN

Before founding Maison Oneness, Yi ZHAN spent several years in the world of business and finance, steeped in performance, speed, and achievement.

Yet beneath the apparent success, a deeper calling emerged — a longing for meaning, embodiment, and inner freedom.

This inner quest led her across Asia and beyond, immersing herself in the study of Yoga, Meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Sound Healing. Through years of training, teaching, and living within diverse cultures, a new vision of wellbeing took form — one that transcends disciplines and invites a holistic art of living.

Maison Oneness was born from this journey — as a space where ancient wisdom, modern refinement, and conscious living converge.

Yi’s approach weaves together movement, breath, sound, philosophy, and subtle energy, guiding individuals toward embodied presence, clarity, and holistic alignment. Through the Oneness Method™, participants are invited to explore mind-body balance, experiencing practices that are both grounding and expansive.

Each session, workshop, or retreat is designed not merely as a practice, but as a journey inward.

At the heart of Maison Oneness lies a simple intention: to support individuals in reconnecting with their inner peace and cultivating a mindful, balanced, and meaningful way of living.
